Policies & Payments

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Purchasing Classes:

After the trial lesson, the first full class is done as a single payment.

Beyond that, classes are purchased in packages of four. Students have 60 days from the date of purchase to use all the classes.

Payment:

Any of the following methods are accepted:

• Bank transfer (for students with EU accounts)

• Bizum

• Wise

• Paypal

Payment Timeframe:

Payment must be received before the class start time.

If it has not been made by then, students will kindly be asked to complete the payment before being admitted into the Zoom meeting.

Invoices:

Monthly invoices are available upon request.
