Classes Offered

I offer a range of classes to help you reach your language goals.

Regardless of type, all classes:

  • encourage a high level of student speaking time

  • use individualized plans to help students achieve their specific goals

  • Do you need to improve your English to advance in your career? Then this is the class for you.

    Here, we’ll focus on the practical vocabulary and phrases you need to succeed in the workplace.

    Example topics:

    • giving presentations

    • entrepreneurship

    • doing interviews

    • conducting meetings

    • phone etiquette

    • interacting with coworkers and supervisors

  • This is the class for students who want to speak English confidently.

    You’ll probably already have a basic grasp of the language, but need practice using it.

    Examples of what to expect:

    • natural conversations

    • error corrections

    • useful vocabulary and phrases

    • topical lessons*

    *While we won’t go through a more structured course like some of the other classes, don’t worry. We’ll still have structure and each time we’ll cover a lesson that will give us both material to discuss and also the ability to learn vocabulary and phrases in context.

  • Do you have an important exam coming up? This is the class that will give you the skills to ace your test.

    Most likely, you’ll have a deadline in mind, so your studying will be focused and intensive.

    Test preparation offered for:

    • Cambridge exams

    • TOEFL

    • TOEIC

    • IELTS

    What to expect:

    • Clear breakdown of test sections and grading expectations

    • Assessment of student’s skills

    • Exercises and feedback to improve problem areas

    • Test-taking strategies

    • Homework to improve skills between classes

  • This is the class for anyone who wants to master the English language.

    Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced learner, this class will teach you English you can use in your everyday life.

    • practice of all four skills (speaking, reading, writing & listening)

Introductory Lesson

We’ll set up a free, 30 minute lesson. You can resolve any questions, and get to know me and my teaching style.

We’ll also discuss your objectives and interests. That way we can develop your learning plan.

Schedule Classes

Interested in scheduling a class? We’ll find a time and day that works for you, and you’ll pay in advance to confirm the class.

After the first one, classes are reserved in a package of four, which is also paid in advance.
